Marinco joins strategic Joint Venture for major projects in Saudi Arabia


Sarajevo, May 2025 – In a global landscape that is silently but steadily shifting, Marinco FZE has entered into a strategic Joint Venture with PLADCO (Saudi Arabia) and VS-TREND (Bosnia and Herzegovina), establishing an integrated industrial and design platform to support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

The partnership, formalized through an Exclusive Joint Venture Agreement (EJVA), encompasses collaboration on high-impact projects, including:

• King Salman International Airport,

• the metro infrastructure of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City,

• sports facilities for the FIFA World Cup 2034,

• and initiatives promoted by the Public Investment Fund (PIF).

Marinco will provide technical and engineering expertise, leveraging its established competence in the naval and industrial sectors to contribute to complex infrastructure ecosystems. The company will not maintain local commercial operations but will act as a high-value engineering and design partner.
Representing Marinco at the Sarajevo signing were institutional figures Miriam Pau and Martina Cavicchi, who led the negotiation process with professionalism and authority.
The agreement goes beyond operations: it establishes exclusive collaboration for all initiatives within Saudi Arabia and entrusts PLADCO with the exclusive distribution of Marinco products in the region, under a dedicated Agency Agreement.
